Across the Nation Staffing Ltd. Nick Stenzel WILL NOT PAY YOU UNLESS YOU THREATEN TO SUE Nation Wide Nationwide

I have worked twice for this complany.  The first time I had to threaten them with a lawyer before they finally paid into my bank account.  I worked for them again when I was looking for work a couple years later.  The company still had my profile and was still sending me job offers but somehow my payment information magically got deleted from their "payroll company" that happens to be a completely separate staffing entity.  (wow thats convienent).    Anyway they never said anything to me just never paid me and I called ATN about 100 times and send about 100 emails and FINALLY I got ahold of Nick Stenzel the  "company preseident" in an email. He told me he would forward my accound information to the sister company Atrium and they would issue my payment in a couple weeks.  Well a couple months later I called atrium and they told me I had to fill out ANOTHER direct deposite form even though none of my other information seemed to be deleted from the ATN website...they payroll company somehow just lost track of how to pay me OOPS!  Well they made me resubmit ANOTHER direct depoite form so the payment could go through.  I called good old Nick Stenzel back and he coppied me on an email chain that asked atrium to pay me.  Atrium resonded that they MAILED me a check (for some reason despite being bombarded with my direct deposite info multiple times from various people) and that the check MUST have gotten lost in the mail.  The last message I recieved was that they would contact Atrium would "contact ATN and get back to me about resissuing a check" this was last month.  I have called Atrium but they told me to call their payroll department and that number does not pick up.
