 I came across an ad on Craigslist for a 3bdrm duplex for $1025. I hit the reply button and the reply had the name "Ellen" and the phone number 651-300-0520.. I called the number and a lady picked up and said "Across Town Rentals Please Hold". I was on hold for 5 minutes when a lady picked up and asked how she could help me. I told her I was interested in an ad on Craigslist. She said "which one", I replied "the Richfield one". She said "Oh yes ok that one is still available and told me about the home. I told her I wasn't looking to move until November, and asked was there credit requirements. She said "No there are no credit requirements we work with everyone as long as you tell us your struggles up front, and you have an ID and stable job" She said I could still fill out an application and asked for my email address. The email came through as what she said I did not realize right away my email had flagged it. The email looked like this. Please beware, I did fill this out and of course didn't hear anything back.
