I just was called around 12:00 pm today being harrassed by a Mr. Winlow from a company he says ACS which is All State Checking Solutions saying they where hired to collect a $450 balance I owe to a payday company called LTS management which I have no loan with.
Mr. Winlow was saying I could make a payoff for $225 to have it paid in full or do monthly payments then sent me an email with ACS on it with a fake Acct. # and a File number.
Mr. Jeremy Whitlock or suppose to be the Compliance Manager, ACS at the bottom of the letter. He also left an email at the top of the letter of Customerservice@acsgroup.info Phone number 1-888-216-8123 or 1-866-225-0951. This is a scam please do not give them any money...
