ACS Cash Advance Kathy Smith, Scott Johnson Gave 3 different account #s and yesterday sent me a warrant thru email. Is this fake or REal Internet

I received an email from Kathy Smith from ACS Collections stating I owed money and needed to pay or there would be a warrant for my arrest. So I emailed her back and told her I would pay. She preceded to send me the account # and code name I needed to send it thru but the only thing was is that my little town dont have a money gram store, so I asked if I could send western union or thru my debit and she said the only way was money gram. So the next day I send an email to her and ask for the account info again so I can try and find money gram store.

She sends a total diffenrent account # and code name so I ask her about it and she says they made a mistake. So a couple of days later I told her I was going to the city and needed info again she sent me a different account # and code from the days before. So I figured it was a scam then yesterday I received an email with a an attachment from Scott Johnson and it stated I had a warrant. then I opened the attachement and it was a Shame warrant for fraud and some other things. I have never in my life seen a warrant do they have it called as a Shame warrant and please let me know if this people are connected to any of the scam things Thanks
