I received an email from cashnet.loandept.usa@gmail.com stating that i took out a loan with them acs corporation in the amount of 300.00. they also stated that they were filing suit against me and if i did not pay up they will file against my social sercurity number and name. they stated they have evidence of me signing documents and money being deposited into my bank acccount and i never gave anyone permission to do anything like that. First i have poor credit and second get banbk statements every month and nothing in that amount has ever been deposited into my account. they told they traced my computers IP address and new i made the loan with them which is also a lie i have never gone to any such loan sight can you help me please and thank you

This is a very long running scam. The idea is to scare you into paying them. There was no loan and even if there were a loan, these would be the wrong people to pay. Don't contact them because they apparently are pretty good at intimidating people. Do a search on this site and the web and you will see what scammers they are - always pushing for money today. That, by the way, is one of the dead giveaway's that it is a scam.
Go to the FTC.gov and look up money scams so you know what to watch out for so you don't get ripped off.
