ACS Incorporated is saying they are taking legal action on a loan they say they made to me.I did not ask for a loan and do not want a loan. They say they made calls and could not reach me,they say I was given 945.67 and I have to pay the full amount of 4816.16 to clear this legal matter. I hope by filing this complaint the company in question will be punished and forced to pay some kind of fine.
