Acs Incorporation sent na a email saying there was a lawsuit against me for a loan and I owe them $782.33. I informed them that I was unaware of a loan from them and asked for detailed info. I was told that they had no paperwork and I had not been required to submit paperwork. yeah right!! and it was from a closed account.

They said they had called and sent mail and I did not respond. I told them that they were scammers because I got the mail everyday, at home all day and my Bank shows no deposit from you. Also that I had reported them to the proper Authorities and sent their emails to them for tracking.

I never heard from them after that.
