A few days ago I received a e-mail from ACS Legal Department stating I owed a large amount of money for a cash advance.

I never received any money from this place and never received and phone calls or e-mails or letters he claims they sent to me.I did call his number and this man was foreign speaking and hard to understand.

His name is Mark Smith and trying to get me to give my debit card number.I was suspious and checked ACS out and see there are others who have been scamed.So I want to let others know I just received this and be careful.What else do I need to do.

I am going to let him know by e-mail that I have reported him.
