ACS David Kelley check fraud  Internet

I have recieved an email claiming that they (ACS) have tried to contact me on several occassions and that it is evident that I do not want to settle the issue, they claimed I have commited 4 offenses and will be prosecuted in federal court. the email claims that I have violated bank regulations, collateral check fraud, theft by deception and Electronic fund Transfer.

Also in the email I was told that my ss number has been frozen. This has caused major panic and confusion. I have NO emails or paper trails of such prior notices and I am completely blind sided by this new found information. According to David Kelley I owe (dont exactly know who I owe) $980.45. It doesnt claim who they work for or when I took this "loan" out.

Also the email claimed that once I am found guilty I will have to pay the lawyer fee of over $4,000. According to this email they are backed and covered by the BBB and the FTC.

I am a single mother and currently just got myself and my child out of a family shelter and finally back on my feet. I have not commited any said crime. Reading this email made my heart drop to the pit of my stomach. I was completely in shock and believed that everything that I have worked for would just be taken away from my child and I.

Before GOOGLING this agency and the name signed below I rplied to the email asking to be contacted as soon as possible, I am hoping that I did not give them means to tap into my account and cause any damamge. I found out through google that others have been hit with the same email and with the same amount that I supposedly owe. Please read your emails with caution! These scammers are out for blood!
