Acs Threaten me with an email stating that I have got a loan from there company and that if I don't respond within 48 hours they are hoping to go to my county court house and file charges against me. Internet

They sent me an email threatening me with fraud charges and says that I owe them a certain amount for a loan that was supposedly done with my information but if have never got a loan from them or money deposited into a bank account . Now threatening if I dI not respond to them within 48 hours from yesterday they are going to go toy county court office and file charges against me thru the court.
