Action Appliance 9 days and dishwasher still not fixed Aurora Colorado

It has been 9 days and no resolution to diswhasher repair.  The technician did not show up on the first appointment date (he was running behind.  We said ok...scheduled for the next day.  He ordered a part which came in the next day. We waited for him for 5 hours not the normal 4 hour block (he was running behind).  The part did not work.  He said he would expedite the new part as it was not local.  I was promised a resolution early this week.  It is not Thursday and Amy from the office tells me it will be installed today.  I called today early afternoon to inquire as to the time for installation.  Oh...the part is not here yet!!!  She reported yesterfday that UPS delivers in the morning.  Interesting, our part was not in the delivery!!

They have our money! We paid up front duirng the first techician visit.  His name is Joe (only been with the company a short while).   

Action advertises that they come out the same day and pride themselves in getting things working on the first visit.  

Amy who anwers the  phone there does not seem to be honest as her story re parts etc changes with the day.  

We are still waiting for a call back and a resolution.  Not to mention they have our $404.00 for the repair.  We could have bought a new dishwasher and had it installed by now.
