Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from Action Appliance llc. Rude and unprofessional.  

I paid $265.67 for this service.  Payment was made by credit card.  The name of the credit card is Visa.  However your invoice showed my landlord name instead of my name.  And when I requested several time for the invoice to be corrected you failed to do so.  Than on 03/06/2012 someone from your company contacted my landlord and informed him of my calling you as if I was lying about being the one that paid for this service.

I contacted sale rep on March 05, 2012, and explained that the service tech was rude and made comment very unprofessional.   And then when I contacted your office on 03/06/2012 after I had received call from my landlord he stated that he received a called from your company someone named (Jake). Than your company alleged that you had no records of call to my landlord from anyone there, and that you would not have contacted my landlord. So either you are trying to say I'm a lair or that my landlord is a lair and that he never received a call or it is all in my head. My landlord even stated that this part should have still been under warranty because the same part has been pervious replaced less than 90 day. And when I question you about this you stated that no one had came out to my place of resident to fix a washer only a refrigerator back in 2007.  Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you.
