Action Pro White Totally False Advertizing North Las Vegas, Nevada

I thought I was ordering a Free Trial Offer, just paying a little over a dollar in shipping.  AFTER I put in all my information, then it says my cc will be charged $94.  A signal went up immediately letting me know that this wasn't what they led me to believe.  I called their 800 number to cancel the order completely.  They told me that it wasn't coming up yet and I would need to call back in 2 hours.

I set a timer....then felt suspicious, knowing how quickly electronic transactions take and it doesn't take 2 hours.  I called back after 1 1/2 hrs.  Their computer recognized my phone number and had a recording that asked if I wanted to cancel my order to Press 1, which I did.  Then it conveniently gave me the "second option" which was to pay only $9.90 and get the product rather than "going through the hassle of doing a return" as the recording stated.  (So the $94. product is only worth $9.90?  Or they are so desperate for a sale that they'll take anything from you before you insist on them cancelling the account?)

I pressed buttons until I got another person & let her know that they are dishonest and I'm not about to do ANY business with them.

I told her that I tried to call back after just a couple of minutes & they told me to call back in 2 hours.  I called back before that time and now they were leading me to believe that they already sent out the order.  I challenged her on that.  She wouldn't budge!  She made it as difficult as she possibly could telling me all she could do is give me the instructions for returning it, which included a Returns Dept address and a long RMA # that had to be written on the unopened package when it arrived. 
 
I just checked my account and they did charge $1.03.  It says:  PROWHITE and another 800 # and a different city & state than the Return Dept. address.  I called this number and it immediately says that my account has already been closed and I have been removed from the automatic shipment program.  After I return their shipment, I WILL follow up with whomever I need to to make sure that amount is credited.  Their tactics may not make them much money from whitener, but those $1.03 charges can add up quickly!  This mistake I made has consumed HOURS of my day!  Don't make the same mistake!
