Today, we saw a bill on our credit card statement for an amount of $69.95. After calling the 877 number, I was met with "Yes, we can give you a full refund. It is a charge for a renewal." But, we never heard of Active (or the other names, like ACT)! So, was I charged another fee last year, too.

The operator said she would reset my account password. I apparently have an account?  So, she sent an email with a reset password link, but that temp password didn't work. So, are they phishing for passwords, too?

I never heard of this company, don't want anything to do with them.
