Actualtests False claims of content quality and relevance Internet 

 I recently purchased the Unlimited Lifetime Access to ActualTests for the purpose of obtaining actual test questions to assist me in following a focussed study path.

I found the course I was looking for and knowing that the exam had been recently updated I wanted to be certain that the material on offer from Actualtests was up to date. I located the exam in question and read their information about the exam, where they stated:

This is more than a XXXXXXXXX practice exam, this is a compilation of the actual questions and answers from the xxxxxxxxxxx test. Where our competitor's products provide a basic XXXXXXX practice test to prepare you for what may appear on the exam and prepare you for surprises, the ActualTest XXXXXX exam questions are complete, comprehensive and guarantees to prepare you for your EMC exam.

What will you get with your purchase of the Unlimited Access Package for only $149.00?

• An overview of the XXXXXXXXX course through studying the questions and answers.
• A preview of actual XXXXXXXXXtest questions
• Actual correct EMC XXXXXXX answers to the latest XXXXXX questions

However, when I wrote the test I found this to be completely untrue. The questions were nothing like those in their material and certainly NOT a compilation of actual questions and answers.

I approched ActualTests with my complaint and asked for a refund. They have been constantly arrogant and dismissive in their response claiming all the time that they only provide practise exams and not actual questions, when it is a complete contradiction of their advertised material. 

The final email has amazed me in which they say I have no claim because the text I quoted is a "template" that they use for all their material. So they actually admit to making inaccurate assertions and falsely leading you to believe that you are getting something, which when you don't they say it was just a template and have no responsibility for it.

DO NOT purchase from these guys, because you WILL be ripped off. You will NOT get what you expect and it will cost you.
