We have found aspects of one of our websites reproduced on a website which was designed by Acuity Website Design. A simple email asking that it be removed to the owner of the site was promptly replied to.

However, we discovered the website had been built by Acuity Website Design, who is responsible for posting the content on the internet. We emailed Acuity Website Design, and the response we received was that they would remove a picture but it was entirely the owner's fault.

Further correspondence with the owner revealed that she has had a history of problems with this company, and is awaiting a refund on a substantial payment for website services.

Webmasters beware of dealing with this company...their business practices can endanger your website and will plunge you into illegal copyright problems.
