In early December, I emailed Kyle Fultz at AdPockets in Lima, Ohio about his business card displays. We emailed each other for about a week and I asked him if there was anyone in New Zealand importing/selling his displays. He said no, and said he "would love" to have someone down there selling them. We decided that it would be a good idea for me to be his NZ distributor for Ad Pockets and I proceeded to email Kyle about what displays I would buy for myself initially and bring them to NZ.

Kyle was very, very keen to know when I would send over the money. He wanted the entire amount up front ($10,000 US dollars). I said I did not have it available just then, but it would be arriving soon. The best I could do was $2000USD. He insisted I not use my credit card for payment because he claimed it was subject to increased risk of fraud. This statement should have set alarm bells ringing inside my head, but foolishly, I trusted Kyle. He said that he would be starting my displays as soon as he received all the money ($10,000) and wanted me to sign a contract which said I would lose my deposit if I decided not to go ahead with a purchase.

I became uncomfortable with his constant badgering me for money and decided to lower my order amount (there were other things going on too which made me nervous - he seemed almost schitzophrenic and was very up and down and inconsistent in his thought patterns). He seemed to feel that his competitors in the business card display business were out to get him and were totally jealous of him.

Anyway, once I emailed Kyle to let him know I was going to change my order to a smaller one, he threw a hissy fit and then said he would keep my money and that was it. I emailed him again and said please apply the funds to a smaller order. NO REPLY. I then asked if I could just have $2000 worth of goods. NO REPLY. I left messages on his phone (which by the way, seem never to be answered - you just get an answer phone). My husband left messages.

A relative who lives in the USA phoned and left a message and finally he managed to talk to Kyle. He said Kyle was very rude, and kept cutting him off. He described him as unstable. He was also described by others who have had the misfortune of dealing with him as extremely "volatile". DON'T DEAL WITH KYLE FULTZ OR ADPOCKETS. AdPockets has no less than 5 complaints stacked up with the Better Business Bureau and all have gone unanswered because Mr Fultz refuses to reply to them. They are all for the same thing - refusal to refund or failure to deliver goods despite receiving full payment for the goods in question.

AdPockets, and its rat bag owner are the epitome of dishonesty, highly questionable business practices, disreputable trading and outright scheming and lying. We have now engaged a American legal company to take back what is rightfully mine and we plan to petition the state attorney for Ohio to see AdPockets face the justice it so deserves.

WARNING: IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH AD POCKETS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR - FORGET IT AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCHEMING, FILTHY BUSINESS. YOU WILL GET BURNT.

I just got my displays from Ad Pockets, I am very impressed. There was a slight delay, but nothing that caused a problem. I would do business with Ad Pockets and Kyle again. Great Business.
