This incident happened last summer. My 9 year old daughter had saved 100.00 towards her dream puppy a mini dashound. We were just getting ready to leave our local feed store when a woman approached us with a mini dashound puppy. She asked us if we were interested in buying the puppy she had. My daughter was so happy I told her, Ada my daughter has saved 100.00 for a puppy. She said I will take the hundred dollars deposit and hold the puppy for her. You can give me the other 150.00 owed for puppy later I'm in town every other weekend. She gave us a receipt. to make a long story short she sold the puppy and refuses to give the money back to my daughter. My daughter was heartbroken.
