He offered me to rent 475 BRICKELL AVENUE, UNIT # 4213, MIAMI, FL....Unit 4213 in Icon Brickell belonging to LUZERNE PROPERTIES INC.

He asked for a deposit of $1200 with a very sketchy invoice. When I asked him to confirm his ownership of the house, tax id, or an office address, he rejected my request and emphasized that it was too personal.

As a result, I did not pay him the deposit.

This is a real estate scam. Stay away from Adam Cohen and his ventures. a Real scam.
