 Adam Joseph Simons was living in Columbia, PA at this time last year. I met him online, my best friend at the time was his so called "fiance". We hung out once they were going through a break up, and eventually ended up having a so called "romance" . Adam was 25 and I was only a 15 year old girl. At the time, I was never sober. I was not mentally okay, either. I ended up going to placement on Septmeber 6, 2012. On my first homepass in December, around Christmas time. Adam and I were still "together". I dropped him when I realized it was not okay. He wanted to marry me, that was when I realized it was unhealthy. He goes online and meets every girl there. He is now 26, and even more of a predator. He terrifies me. Now that I am mentally okay, I am in the right mind set and he is now a predator to me. I was never sober when we were together. We would also get high together. Adam did claim to have cancer. He never asked me for money. He gave me money and said he had an amazing job. Recently, I googled him and saw these reports on him. It is my time now to share my piece. I hope he goes to jail, where he belongs. No adult man should be sleeping with a minor. Especially not one who is not sober or mentally okay. I am very glad that I have finally come to terms with it and realized it is NOT my fault. I made dumb choices, but he had ended up taking advantage eventually.
