ADAM PAGE SWIATEK STUDIOS ~ASSAULTED, INJURED AND ANGRY - ADAM TRIED TO SELL STOLEN TOOLS AS SETUP~ BUFFALO, New York

ADAM P. PAGE IS JUST ONE OF POSSIBLY MANY QUESTIONABLE EMPLOYEES AND ASSOCIATES EMPLOYED BY ONE, Swiatek Studios, Inc. (located around the Jamestown/Falconer area)...

I have tried to contact the owner of the business but have had less than fortunate luck.

This report is being written and submitted after an assault and battery took place against both myself and my girlfriend. I was attacked, first verbally, and then physically by this man (one, Adam P. Page of Buffalo, NY). I feel he is a threat to society and each and every one of his employers. He is known locally for his criminal behavior, less than exceptional driving record (including D.W.I. and multiple unreported accidents), his recent arrest for theft in the 3rd and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) in a federal building and for his questionable association with known local felons and thieves.

He resides in Buffalo, NY. and has been forced to resort to seeking employment away from home due to his foul persona and BAD reputation that tend to follow him wherever he may go.

He is a known drunk. Favorite bar: Flattery's (in west seneca, NY).

EMPLOYERS BEWARE:
HE HAS BEEN TERMINATED FROM HIS LAST TWO JOBS FOR AIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE GRAND THEFT OF TOOLS (WHICH WERE LATER RECOVERED FROM HIS SISTERS RESIDENCE). These included but were not limited to the following: a porter-cable nail-gun, an air compressor, multiple hammers and construction equipment, and much more. However, SOMEHOW ADAM FINDS A WAY TO WEASEL HIS WAY OUT OF STICKY SITUATIONS, BUT THE PUBLIC (and his employer(S) deserve the right to know.

**HE TENDS TO WORK OFF THE BOOKS, WHICH MAY BE THE CASE WITH HIS CURRENT EMPLOYER**

The reason for this complaint is to seek justice (after the justice system has failed me). I am left bruised and beaten donning a slight concussion and two black eyes after being invited to the families home (Lakeview, NY) and being jumped by both him  (Adam) and his step-father. After trying to file an official complaint with Hamburg Police Dept. it is obvious that the only way to get the justice I seek is from a site like this. After being told by the lieutenant that it was going to be considered "a wash" and listed as "mutual harassment", I had heard enough. I AM OUTRAGED!!!
I need an expert opinion here. I am injured fairly bad with a headache and bruised ribs...and no medical insurance.
