Adco Service aka Desert appliance repair incompetent husband wife useless run around block your emails Scottsdale Arizona

The owners of Adco Service in Scottsdale AZ, (Heather and Karl Benecke)  services appliances for several foreign supposedly "High end" appliance manufactures who demand you go through them, (ADCO) to get your appliance repaired. These 2 in my opinion, scam artists. I purchased a brand new 3,000 oven from DURO CORP  corp, an NXR 36" 6 burner supposedly Pro-Style (lol ) gas oven. This chinese made hunk of junk rusted out on me 7 months after installation. NXR/Duro Corp demanded I go through Adco, owned by horrible Heather and her useless husband for repair. (these same two own "Desert Tech Appliance') -- they did have a good mgr at one time, Jerry, who I assume is no longer there, Jerry at least did partially repair the oven, albeit after waiting a year for the part to come in! He had to order supposedly the Oven frame "perimeter to the floor" --its been two years now since the unit rusted out on us, two years we are waiting for horrible Heather & her husband to repair our $3,000 oven, and all we have received for 2 years now is a run around, excuses, "the part is backordered"..and "confirm what part you need" (like we know, they supposedly are the experts ) and their referred tech saw it, and she had the audacity to insinuate, that I was NOT BEING PATIENT ! Horrible Heather here runs the show, as I guess her useless husband isn't man enough to answer anyone's emails and so in a way I pity her as he likely dumps all the more unpleasant issues in his wife's lap but guess he makes up for it with nice Trips to Italy on your dime probably laughing all the way to the bank.

Heather pretends to be just a "customer service rep" & never lets on she owns ADCO. They lied to us, and the upshot is we have a rusted out $3,000 oven (we do have a 10 year warranty), it's now over 2 years, still rusted out because horrible Heather and her useless husband Karl  failed to repair it...they are inept, useless, tells tall tales to blow you off and couldn't care less.  Once they tire of your demanind they repair your oven they just block your emails.  I've reported them to the IC3.gov, a branch of the FBI that investigates internet fraud, white collar crime. Also reporting them to the AZ State Attorney Generals office...and FTC. They need to have their license yanked, totally irresponsible --only thing they excel at are blowing people off.  Of course I went to Duro Corp, and they are no better, my feeling is they hire Heather and her hubby just to blow you off and keep you away from them.
