ISP is running an unsolicited "e-marketing" (spamming) campaign targeting legitimate businesses with irrelevant and meaningless solicitations. ISP will not, despite numerous complaints by victims, discontinue the spamming campaigns, despite being an ICANN-approved registrar and ISP.

Nature of Spamming Operation

Lunarpages.com (aka Add2Net, Inc.) is running or sheltering a massive spamming operation under the name Send2Pro.com. An examination of that website shows it to be rudimentary and hacked together apparently with the sole purpose of enabling the sending en masse of unsolicited e-mails in contravention of US and international legislation.

"Send2Pro.com" will spam legitimate businesses with multilingual e-mails (often in French), seemingly without any sensible objective or logic. The source of e-mail addresses is likely purchased e-mail lists, obtained from other spammers. Victims of this spamming operation should never go the the site to "opt out" as this will merely confirm the validity of their e-mail coordinates.

Lunarpages.com / Add2Net, Inc. support or other representatives take no action against the offending mails even when the activities are reported to them via ICANN, SpamCop and other anti-spam authorities.
