ADEPT MANAGEMENT of Las Vegas, which is ran by Mary Bolchalk and Crystal Howard is doing business without a business license.

They manage HOA's in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, North Las Vegas and Henderson.

They have a license with "City of Las Vegas". However, since they do business in Clark County, North Las Vegas and Henderson they should have licenses for each jurisdiction.

ADEPT MANAGEMENT is illegally operating in homes that are within Clark County, Henderson and North Las Vegas.

Someone PLEASE fine them for this offense!

You need to look again...they do have a license in N. Las Vegas but they do not work in Henderson (never have), Boulder City or anywhere outside of the Las Vegas or N. Las Vegas area...

You really need to get your facts straight before you open mouth and insert foot...This just made you look dumb! Who listens to someone that doesn't know what they are talking about anyway?

You are right, they do have licenses in both the State of Nevada and City of Las Vegas. However, they are also required to have licenses in any jurisdiction that they do business. From my research, they also do business in North Las Vegas, Clark County and the City of Henderson. If any or all of this is correct then they are required to get licenses in each jurisdiction that they do business in.

It is not "opinion" that a business license is required, it is fact.

If it is true that they are doing business in these jurisdictions, but they are not licensed by the particular jurisdiction then yes, they are operating illegally and need to obtain a license.

Why don't "I" stop them? I do not work for the business license department of any of the above stated jurisdictions. This is not within my power.

IF a business license is required (which it is) then they need to abide by the law just like the rest of us.

It's run...not ran and Crystal does not run anything.

They both have licenses through the STATE of Nevada.

Adept Management is not running anything 'illegally'...if they were, they would not be in business. I am curious; with all this information you have...why have YOU not stopped them?!? You obviously know your accusations are lies again...or they would not be in business.

Additionally, I am sure that you are a disgruntled homeowner who does not or has not paid your dues and you are either in collections or your house is foreclosed on. You cannot blame Adept Management for your irresponsibility. Adept management works on behalf of the BOD, they do not and cannot make decisions on their own; therefore your anger is misplaced.

If you would like to address the reason you are so angered with Adept Management, I would love to debate the issue with you. I am very familiar with the company.
