Adesa my company has denied my kids their child support by negelecting to correctly report money that i've never missed paying ripoff Carmel Indiana

My kids haven't recieved a child support payment in about 4 months. Child support enforcement knows that i'm making my payments because they have seen my pay stubs showing that my company has taken money out without me missing in close to 3 years.

After many attempts to contact my companies payroll department, they won't even talk to me or child support enforcement. Child support says that they can't do anything until they give the company time to correct the situation. But after talking to a company lawyer, the company says that they haven't made any mistakes. But records at child support clearly shows that my company has.

So what are my kids to do? starve and go without continuously? I think not! I've had threaten letters from child support to suspend my license, report me to credit bureau and taking me to court for deliquent payments.

The kicker to this whole scam is that my payments are court ordered and my company doesn't even care about violating a court order. But it's more and I don't think I can talk about this without definitely talking to a lawyer!
