Adobe Reader DRM RIPOFF Ripped me off San Jose California

I purcased books off Amazon in PDF format and paid for them. I still have the reciept. They were downloadable in ripoff Adobe PDF Format. I bought them in January 2006. In between then and now, I had to install a new computer because the old one died. Now the PDF Files that I OWN AND PURCHASED will not open. Adobe pops up a message that I need to claim them.

When I tried to claim them, it takes me to an Adobe page that tells me I need to release it on the old computer. Bad ADOBE! You forgot to allow for when the old computer is no longer available! Frauds! Cheaters! Thieves! I paid for something that I cannot use because of Adobe's poorly designed DRM. Now I have to buy the books again and this time it will be paper.

Never buy a PDF with Adobe's DRM. You won't be able to use it when you switch computers unless you have access to your old computer.

Oh and of course, their customers service blames it on Amazon. Adobe gets an 'F Minus' for Digital Rights Managment.
