Basic Summary of Adrian

At age 16 he began smoking cigarettes which made him try weed. After weed he began getting lazy and sluggish and continued to do it on his own time from his anger issues with his mom which he blames on her when he lives in her house. Up to age 18 he smoked weed and drank a lot in which he didn't get much productive things done in his life, but anger his mom more which made her kick him out to his dad's house in Connecticut in which he finished high school off. There he also didn't do much and was not willing to work construction with his dad and drank and smoke chilled instead making his dad angry and kicking him out. At age 19 then he tried shrooms few times which I believe made him much worse and started having more serious mental issues and just got much slower in many fields and thinking wise. Then he bounced back and forth few times to his mom house in Coney Island Brooklyn and to dad's until they eventually got tired of him and Adrian became homeless. Living in Manhattan somewhere and downtown Brooklyn and on trains. He even took a piss and s**t on a train I witnessed with another friend of ours. He told us when he paid $50 for a prostitute in Coney Island projects for sex in which the next morning he was paranoid and went to Coney Island hospital to be checked for HIV. A month later he checking himself in stating he had thoughts of hurting himself and placed in a psych ward at Coney Island Hospital. Then he began playing his guitar for dollars as a homeless person before entering into a shelter in Manhattan. Later on he went to a shelter in downtown Brooklyn. Throughout this time he tried to understand his issues and got persuaded to become religious under all the bad times he had and chose Christian then Christian Jew then switched something else trying out different church's as one I recall he told me ripped him off and stole his laptop. Also he drank liquor and smoked weed frequently. This was up to age 23. Then for the past 2 years his dad let him stay at his Queens home in Ridgewood in the storage garage on a plastic recliner with tools and stuff around him for shelter. His mom helped him with food from food stamps and he lived there keeping himself busy obsessing over religious fanatic videos over YouTube daily on his laptop. Also making strange online ads for business ideas in which he was never successful I have attached pictures of ranging from looking for girls, being a licensed massage therapist, Body rub, emotional healer spiritual coach etc. Then he was allowed to live in the basement with his grandma but ended up trashing it over parties weed etc with strangers he met and got robbed which made him leave and now he returned as his grandma is away in Poland. He then got kicked out by his dad who threw out all the beds and furniture in the basement and he went back to being homeless last I heard from our friend who got a message 2 weeks ago actually from a social worker since he put his number surprisingly as the contact to call at Coney Island hospital explaining how Adrian is being discharged from the hospital and on his way to the Bronx Shelter where he's been assigned and has been quite some time already before so he should know the procedure. These are his many problems and situations as well as over $25,000 in debt to 10 credit cards in which he can't even afford bankruptcy for 3 years he has been trying to do at age 26 hasn't accomplished anything in his life yet. I ignored this post on the site for two years but I see he went on with another update so its time he understands the reality of his own life as he told me before he wants to hear the truth. I held various jobs with the city and business fields. I finished my Bachelor's Degree and am finishing up my Masters in 6 months. He dropped out of college and has been blaming people for his problems for the past 8 years. I can't remove the report as this website only removes 10 sentences for $2,000 fee which is pointless and I even wasted $1500 on a lawyer to try but was unsuccessful. Everything he wrote is false as he was paid back everything three times over again and I made him sign a contract he will stop harassing me however he keeps repeating his thoughts with his mental issues. Still asking for $50 that was paid to him many times years ago. Also has a problem with Jewish people as he made another post on this site against some plumbing complaining he worked for claiming that as the cause of the problem being racist obviously.

This is the contract we personally made between each other: This agreement is between two people Ronen Rybner and Adrian Wnorowski who wish to end their friendship and give back to each other what they agree they owe to be fully satisfied and clear of each other for the future. Ronen Rybner today on August 29, 2013 is providing Adrian Wnorowski his left over belongings and money to clear everything. Ronen is giving a ladder, furniture shelf, Burberry watch, bronze monkey statue, and $50. He has already given back Adrian his broken PS3 which he fixed for $100 and gave with many games. This is all that will be given today with the possibility of an additional $200 if Ronen wins a lawsuit case which he has to sue a website Adrian wrote negatively about him that will cost him $1,500 of a loss. Ronen will not request these expenses from Adrian or anything he will consider the matter closed no matter the outcome of the case for Ronen. If Ronen wins he will pay Adrian $200 more dollars and that all. If Ronen loses the lawsuit he will have lost his $1,500 expense on his own and Adrian will keep the items Ronen gave him and that will be all. If Adrian will continue to harass Ronen in the future after all of this he will have no choice but to begin an order of protection with a lawyer and further risk Adrian going to jail. Both parties will part ways from each other on this agreement of the items returned today August 29, 2013 and possibly $200 in 4-6 months after the lawsuit case results.

This is the affidavit my lawyer produced which Adrian Wnorowski read and agreed its truthfulness by signing and notarizing it.

I, ADRIAN WNOROWSKI, hereby state to the best of my knowledge and ability, that the following is true and accurate under the penalty of perjury as follows;

1. I am over the age of 18 years old.

2. I currently reside in the County of Queens, City and State of New York, with a mailing address known as 18-16 Stanhope Street, Queens New York 11385

3. I am familiar with a person by the name of Ronen Rybner, the above named Plaintiff..

4. I suffer from a debilitating mental illness, and am, sometimes prone to irrational outbreaks and bouts of uncontrollable anger.

5. Recently, I have spent some time in a psych ward at a local hospital.

6. In most of 2013, I was not financially stable and did not have a place to reside, or sufficient income to obtain an apartment.

7. Plaintiff provided a makeshift apartment for me to stay until I got onto my feet financially.

8. In year 2013, I became severely intoxicated and engaged in a dispute with Plaintiff over money.

9. To take unfair advantage of the Plaintiff in my desperation to win an argument, I used the RipOff Report website to maim his reputation.

10. When I was sober, and in a better mental state, I realized that I made a severe mistake.

11. When I went back to the website to see what I could do about the mistake, I was informed that I had to pay money to them.

12. I do not have any money to pay to the website RipOff Report. In fact, the amount of money that they are requesting, I believe the average person cannot afford.

13. The money that RipOff Report is asking to take action amounts to extortion, especially against a person like me with limited means.

14. The Plaintiff is a recent college graduate, an entrepreneur and is currently seeking employment.

15. In all of the time that I’ve known Plaintiff, he has strong ambition and drive in this chosen field of study or business.

16. I’ve often joked that I can ruin someone’s reputation by posting garbage on RipOff Report. I didn’t know that I would lose it one day and do just that, as I did here.

17. To any extent possible, I’d ask that any court, tribunal, justice, or judge, to remove or cause to be removed my unsavory statement towards the Plaintiff caused by my report to RipOff Report, for the following reasons:.

18. The statements I rendered to RipOff Report, are wholly inaccurate, and not true.

19. The statements I rendered to RipOff Report were designed to injure the Plaintiff.

20. The statements are defamatory.
