Let me start off by saying that not only are customers getting ripped off by this employer but their employees are too. Their own staff. Many of the people working in Adriana's Insurance are undocumented illegal immigrants and are afraid to come forward. I've contacted a few people that have worked or are currently working with this employer at this time and they are willing to get together for a major law suit. One of their main illegal things they're doing is the following. Almost every Insurance agency uses some type of imaging systam (to scan and save all documents) and they happen to use "hawksoft" well this system is actually very good and its very helpful but they use it to their advantage. This system creates a task which is called "suspenses" that task was created so that people can read messages on a customers policy, read notes, updates etc. Well this employer has a thing called "72hours" when an agent sales a policy and forgets any sort of information or the insured forgot something the agent gets a suspense and if in 72hrs its not fixed, the agent gets 0 credit for the polcy and this agency keeps 100% of the broker fee. The suspense task from Hawksoft was not created for that purpose. This is just a quick FYI about that, but there is more. (Since I'm on a cell phone) They also deduct money from your paycheck with out your authorization. Yout numbers never match up with the pay check. NEVER.
