This is a company that preys on people with not alot of money to spare. They charge outrageous hosting fees ($29.99 a month) and we can go and get hosting for around $10 a month from another host.

They have horrible customer service in that it says there is 24 hour customer service yet their hours are 11 am until about 5-6 pm and then you have to leave a message and it usually takes about 2-4 days for them to get back to you on issues.

I paid $325 for our store initially in March 2008 and we have had to do all of the SEO services, submitting, marketing because we cannot afford the $2000 I was initially quoted for an SEO package. I was told that we had to pay that in order to make any money after we set up our store. I get virtually NO help in setting up things, we cannot even get a verification code on our site for Google because I do not have complete access to the html of our site like we should on any normal site that we pay for and run. I have made a whole 5 sales for less than $100 since April 2008.

In the beginning, we had a rep named John who always made my wife feel really creepy if she were to talk to him about the business; then he disappeared and we got a guy named Bob who doesn't help much either, all he has done is put a picture on our site and then tells us we need to come up with $500 to get any kind of help with marketing at all in order to make any money. This company said they made us a site map to submit to google, yet it has errors and it not in a supported google format so we cannot use that.

They said be lucky we didn't charge you for the $500 fee it costs to build a site map for our site and told us we were in the wrong because we talked to someone about our frustrations and they went back to the company and told on us. We got an email back from Bob telling us that we didn't need to badmouth the company after all the help we have got from them. That is a laugh, we haven't got any help whatsoever.

Now we are stuck just cutting our losses, even though we were told that if we were not 100% satisfied in the first year, we could get our money back for our initial investment. That is not going to happen, now they say that since we paid our money, we are not getting it back and that is too bad for us. We have also paid our hosting to them every month for a total of $240 over 8 months of which was a total waste of money since the server is always down so we cannot work with our site when we want to. We have been lied to and deceived time and time again on this venture and we keep getting the runaround when we want to do anything with our store.

A few things we are so frustrated about is that you cannot effectively market a product when it has the wrong picture with the product (as is the case with at least 300-500 products we have in our store. You cannot get help from customer service because they have such limited hours. They also are charging everyone differently for their stores, I think they are preying on what they think people can afford and not setting a set fee like they should for everyone.

It takes forever for things to update on the site after you add an html code, or a picture, or a link. I could go on and on all day about our frustrations with this company. We are just going to cut our losses and invest it into something that will actually work in an honest and effective manner, without all the runaround and shady people that run the place.

I would really like to take this further and get our money back but do not know where to go to do that. If someone can help us please let us know. We are out $325 for the initial store, and $240 for hosting fees on a site that is nothing but a dead horse.
