I have a small business. In November 2005, Fred Meyer ordered & received custom made material from me. At that time the company was called QC Unlimited but I was told by Fred to sent the bill to ADS Enterprise & that they were the same company but under a new name. They owe me over $1500. This is the end of April. I have been told 17 different times that the "check is in the mail" by Fred who LIES constandly. He even went as far as giving me a phoney UPS tracking number. They used the goods in one of their "projects" and now simply won't pay for it. They don't take my calls or even bother to lie now.

It appears they scam and cheat not only their customers but also their vendors.

Gee, Jason, what a tale. You keep sending me checks and then you have to cancel them because they disappear. The check keeps getting lost? If I understand your ridiculous rebuttal, you keep sending checks and instead of cashing them I throw them away just to irrate you. That's pretty lame even for you guys. Don't forget the last time you all claimed to send a check by UPS and Fred even gave me a phony tracking number. I still have it. If you sent it for real, send me a real tracking number. There is nothing inaccurate about the information.

By the way why won't anyone there take our calls???

And if you are not to be lumped in with QC Unlimited why do I have a purchase order in both names signed by Fred Meyer? It states "Send to QC Unlimited, Bill to ADS Enterprise". And YES, Fred very plainly stated you were one and the same with QC Unlimited.

What you owe me for IS NOT several orders, it is for ONE order which was shipped PER YOUR REQUEST in 3 shipments on 11/16/15, 12/9/06, & 12/15/06.
The only payment made on this order was the initial down payment, which was collected on the first shipment ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS SHIPPED COD for the amount of the down pmt.

Jason, if you are not cheating then why don't you just pay the bill you owe. You owe $1,529.95 before interest. Send a check by REAL mail instead of the imaginary one and maybe I'll bet it. That's how REAL business works.
Give me my money for the merchandise that you basically stole and I will go away.

Inaccurate Information!

First let me start out with saying that We were not and never have been QC Unlimited. At no time have we indicated that we were. We did order product from you and yes payment has been issued in part. You have no problem stating that we did not pay, but you left out some information. Like the fact that it was several shipments and that all but half of the last shipment was paid for. Who are you trying to kid here. You want to point a finger and say they did not pay. At least tell the whole truth, that we have issued payments.

As for the payment issued, payment was issued on several different occasions. I have had to cancel several checks because they magically disappear after I send them to you. We have the right address and they have not come back. Gee I wonder why I would be skeptical about sending another payment in any fashion.

We are not cheating our customers. We are handling customers that aren't even ours. We did not cheat you either. We have issued payment and I have cancelled several checks cause you claim to have not received them.

Do not lump me in with QC Unlimited. It is their customers we are trying to help.
