I had canceled my order for magnets within hours of placing the order. They took the money out of my account and were going to send me a refund check. It has been more than two months and I have nothing from them, no refund and no magnets. I have called many times, left numberous emails and filed two complaints with the better business bureau and nothing has happened. Fred Monfeli, the manager, is a crook and a liar and can not be trusted.
