ok i went to a job interview that was said to be paying 600 to 800. i went there and it was a big scam, the trainer melissa knew nothing, miriam the phone person was has the customer serice skills of a speed freak. the owner who now i understand is really the brother of the owner, dave weinstein , an ex drug addict who seems to be using again in my opinion. this guy should be investigated for sure! during training he wanted me to put out fliers, this is where he makes his cheese! they get free advertizing out of this. they get free advertizing, they get people to install systems in their friends houses then they don't pay anything to the sales reps, even in their pitch they want to use their cards, hmmm this guy is too much, lucky for him i am a christian and i decided not to kill him. but i am sure he will get his soon enough, i thought adt was a good company, and i thought this company was for real. i rememebr even getting a sales training and a guy giving the training said adt is for real and the pay can be good, but this jerk is too much. he actually even talked about one poor soul there who had bad credit and put a system under his wife's name, how can a guy get in front of a class of people and talk about another guy's credit right there in front of the class, i bet he didn't even get permission to check the poor guys credit! and this guy was a real salesman, he was the only one who was promoted, but what a company give me a break. absolute doesn't even let people use the bathroom! one has to ask like your in kindergarden, screw that, poor guy there has diabetis and he had to drink a lot of water and had to go to the bathroom a lot and i heard this dave weinstein give him a hard time, wtfreak! then you work like monday to friday 10am to 9pm and even on saturday 10 to 2pm, give me a break, the flier news ad is very deceptive, and i am amazed they at adt allow this for sure. every week they take like 23 or 50 people, and they put them through hell, don't even give them scripts but they give you hell and then don't treat you like a person, many go there not knowing the type of job they are going to get! i personally wanted to punch dave weinstien in the face many times, he likes to talk down to people and thinks he is good, he states he has a million but he doesn't pay sales commissions what the freak! he says he is a great saleman but he never did take anybody out! i have been to other places to work and they actually go with you and show you how to work the houses ok, but this jerk is on crack ok! the business was there since august i think, and no salepeople, three managers, bonnie another crack head, some guy who was ok, he seemed to be the top manager, keith i think his name is, and then the new guy who made like 2 sales on his first weekend out, i will call him and see if he got paid if i can find his number but i spoke with other salespeople who left the adt and they have told me about this one guy said dave weinstien owed him 1200. that must have been like 3 sales and i bet there are others, i have left because i know from reading these sites that a place that has no long term salespeople is a scam, i am now working in insurance door to door and i am loving it. i would try adt again but certainly not with absolute that is for sure. those guys are scammers and should be investigated
