nigel is a joke. this guy tells us one thing and does another 5 out of 5 days a week. he plays dumb and expects us to buy into his bullshit.he yells at us for not doing specific CEC things day in and day out, but yet his pal and long time friend whom he frequently does thing out of the office with does not have the same "job requirements" blatant favoritism at its worse... the morale of the entire staff is so low everyone ----even the 2 newest people-- are looking for new jobs.

it is more than just rumor and conjecture..this guy while lie right to your face and then say he didnt remember saying it.. LESS than 1 day later!!! and then he yells at us for not remmeber every detail about a 5 min phone call from a student who enrolled 6 months ago!! he is a f***ing joke!!!! everyone talks about him in terms of "why is he still employed here?" and "this is our boss?!??"

nigel is imature like a 4 yr old is imature. he exhibits phoney emotion, mello dramatic "emotional-connections" to students while turning a blind eye to his own bullshit..in other words he says he cares yet he does not follow through with anything..ie: he gives out his business card to enrolled students after he speaks to them and tells them to call him about any questions they have at anytime.. then when the student does in fact call him,,he in turn will NOT tell the rep who is incharge to helping that student about the conversation, or the results,outcome solution or problem the student is experiencing.

every reps has told me at least a dozen times their experience with nigel is EXACTLY THE SAME. he is so scattered and he thinks "charming" people is the way to secure their respect. is is a f***ing IDIOT. he will turn on you and strike out at you with personal attacks (just like a good rep does with his students who want to back out or cancel)as fast as a snake in the grass.

its funny how he remmebers nothing when it come to his own issues of accoutnibilty with reps other depts or students.. but he expects YOU to recal every detail without question.. or you are not preforming your duties the CEC way. he is so bad for this company he shouls be forcedinto retraining.. he deals with reps in two ways: one if he is in the right mood..there are no strings attached..they get away with all kinds of BS the company WOULD NEVER ALLOW!! and if he is being put into a corner... instead of dealing with it with integrity, passion and determination he spills into "micromanagement mode" and he "becomes" "the enforcer" of all that is CEC..I call it covering your own a&&.
