Premier Premium Communications, One Call Comm, Telliss Fradulant Billing Practices and Invasion of Privacy Ripoff Bedford New Hampshire

First we were sent a bill through the Post office asking for a payment of $120.00 for calling England twice when we were not on the phone or the computer. Sound familiar? 18 minutes and 6 minutes to +4420733584on 11/15 2004.It had a payment coupon attached to it with a billing date.There was a piece of blue paper folded up with it threatening collection.How can so many people have duplicate charges??? How can they all be billed for duplicate phone calls ??? Next we get charges on our phone bill. $57.92.We contact the phone company and they inform us that 2 phone companies sent them this bill and it was sent to us attached to the phone bill .(USBI)One Call Comm on 11/24/2004 (0441277770100)at 8:30 PM and Telliss(0442073358468) 2 calls at 6:33 and 6:55 pm November 15th 2004. The whole joke is that we have a block on international long distance and our internet has blocks from premium charges.It is not possible for us to make such calls or access any premium services. We have contacted the BBB in Texas, the phone company, The FBI in my state, My internet services fraud unit, and the United States postmaster general mail fraud unit.One more thing to add is that this company had only our initials of our names how we are listed in the phone book. They do not know our first names .This means that they got us out of the directory. This is a scam and we want these scammers to reimberse us for the time that we have invested in working on this problem and reimbersment for the certified letters that we are sending to New Hampshire and Texas.

This should also be compensated for all the grief that it has caused.We are putting our attorney on retainer for this and if we do not get retractinons on these illegal billing errors they will be greeted with a lawsuit for invading our privacy and fraudulant billing.
