Well it all started out when my AFF account wouldn't let me put my credit card information in the system. I had to call up customer service and ask why. They asked for my CC info over the phone and I gave it to them. Luckily, I'm smart and have a prepaid credit card account that I gave them.

Shortly there after, I got an extra charges of a total of $300 taken from my card from unauthorized charges from the following websites:

HHG ACCESS 800- 881- 8084 CY
ONLINENETTRANS.COM 888- 580- 1960 GB
Happyboy.us3232710834 Nicosia CY

There are multiple charges from these companies in $30 - $50 increments. If you look at these charges, they are coming from the country of CYPRUS which is known for hosting online casinos illegally and such. Very crooked people there and also know for mafia investments into the online casinos. Of course, this is from the Greek side since the Turkish side banned any type of gambling.

I'm disappointed that the great country of Great Britain is involved too. I figured that they are harsh on this operations as the USA is.

When I called these companies, the number had been disconnected and one told me they had no record of these purchases. It took me a little bit of time to connect the dots together.

I realized that either the AFF company or it's Customer Service agents have set up an operation of stealing these credit card numbers and make charges on this card with "ghost" companies they set up in other countries which is a big violation of international law. If it is the customer service agent that is doing this, then AFF is liable for this.

I called AFF customer service and complained. I wanted to know the name of the customer service operator that took my information over the phone. They told me they could not do that and they do not keep records like that. I told them of what I thought was going on and asked them how they ensured that these customer service agents were not stealing credit card information when they get it over the phone. They told me that they video tape the customer service department. This did not make me feel any better. When they told me that they could not give me that information, I asked what it would take? Would it take a court order to give up that information. The customer service operator fell in silence. After that, I told the Customer Service representative that I was going to file reports with local, state, and federal authrorities because I felt that their company is making millions off this kind of scam.

I am in the process of reporting all this information to the proper authorities and I'm telling you this now, I will not settle out of court. I'm going to make sure that this company is fully charged by the federal goverment and shut down their operations.

My evidence is my CC statement. It's not just coincidence that these charges showed up one day after I gave the CC info over the phone.

The service is great but the criminal activities that they participate in makes it scary to give them any kind of info.

I'm going to renew but it wont let me renew online. They want me to call it in again... Yea right... like that's going to happen.

They could not answer any of my questions about how they make sure that my private info is kept safe when I call into customer service. I feel more comfortable giving my info to the computer because I do believe that they encrypt the information that way following CA law.

I've hired a private detective to check out my claims and I'm currently searching for a lawyer to take my case to federal court. If anyone else has gone through this also and had charges from these "ghost" companies, I urge you to contact me.
