They start you off with an entry fee less that ends up being a lot less than you will pay after that "intro term'. They then charge you for a whole year that totals to be obver $150 then charge you extra for features that should be free since you've paid so much. I will not let them charge me again!!

I've been a gold member for over 6 years and don't know what you're talking about.

The service has improved over the year. I have never had any sort of surprise or hidden fees.
