Advance Auto / ATK ATK Engine Long block engine was defective at startup and now they claim no responsibility Decatur, Alabama

Had a head gasket fail on my son's 2000 Chevy S10 over near Decatur AL back in Oct. of 2012.  Had it towed to Terry's Automotive for diagnosis and no compression in center two cylinders.  After consulting with the experience mechanics at Terry's - it was decided quickest, lowest cost alternative was long block replacement engine.  Went to Advance, ordered the engine, Terry's installed it.  Engine wouldn't idle, stumbled badly, never even drove out of the repair bay.  Close inspection of the engine found head bolts so loose they rattled.  These are hidden under the valve train - (INSTALLED  BY ATK) and so NOT touched be installers.  Now ATK claims engine was "overheated" and it's not their fault.  Lesson learned:  NEVER buy anything from Advance Auto and/or ATK.  They are a well organized criminal enterprise in my opinion.
