ADVANCE CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC This company is a rip-off. I called this company on October 5 asking for service for a carpet cleaning for a room and they told me that the service will be $ 35.00 and also a discount of $5, 00 senior discounts. I would like a full refund mailed to my home address immediately! Internet

My room is a really small bedroom approximately 140 sq feet with furniture. I went to my work and I left my husband to open the door for them. They came and finished the work leaving the carpet with black spots and also they did not clean the edges of the room and they left rubbish under the bed and they had the nerve to charged $100 dollars? As soon as I got home I took pictures having a proof about the most horrible service. My husband gave them 2 checks, 1 mine and the other from my husband, immediately I called my bank to put a stop payment on my check, but they cashed my husband’s check for $50.00. My husband did not expect that we have to pay that amount. I called yesterday to telling them how dissatisfied I was with the service and I sent pictures about the carpet and the guy told me that they will send me checks by mail. But, today I received a threatening call telling me that I have to pay $75 dollars because I put a stop payment. And they told me, if I did not do what they were telling me to do, they will put a lien of my house, and also they will take me to the court and I have to pay for the attorney’s fee’s…… Really???? These people has a lot of veins to do that, but this is enough and I won’t permit this people do the same to more customers,
