Confused.

AUTHOR: Tyg - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, October 15, 2015

Sorry but I think you may be confused. I am not the individual YOU have been complaining about. Im just a consumer like yourself who has given you some solid advice. Its on YOU if you dont wish to listen. I warned you about HOW they staff regulatory agencies to give YOU info YOU can use. How about instead of being paranoid and ASSUMING you step back and LOOK at what your options are. First, you aint getting your money back without the courts being involved. Since this is under 5K it means a small claims court. THERE is the CORRECT remedy to YOUR situation. NOT trying to defame that person online, THAT will get YOU sued for the defamation. NOT ranting to ANYONE you can, THAT has consequences as well. Second, instead of spending that energy getting yourself even DEEPER into to potential debt by RANTING online, YOU retain a lawyer and get your money back the RIGHT WAY!!! Then understand that even IF you go that course of action, its very possible that YOU will NOT get back the original money but that you MAY also have to pay MORE money since YOU have willingly and with malice chosen to post defaming remarks online. Which by the way is under the very same laws that PRINTED publications must follow or risk a lawsuit.
