I received a call from Hailey Parson of Advance Me Today about my account being overdue. I keep a copy of my payday loan agreements and found that I did  not have a loan agreement with this  company. I had been scammed in the past by some companies and I believe that someone was using my information. I emaile dthe company to please provide proof of a loan with the company.  I received this response , we are already working on your issue and  Hailey Parson will contact you later today with more information. If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have talked with Mr. William Hill and he was not very easy to talk to.  I then received an e-mail stating that I had updated my account information from a hotmail account (which I've never had a hotmail account) to my yahoo account. When Mr. Hill called me again I asked about the e-mail I had gotten an he state that I used a fraudulent e-mail when I applied for the loan and I told him it was Bulls**y, I only use my yahoo, and asked about the Costa Rica address he hung up on me. I then sent an e-mail stating I was trying to work with your company. But Mr Hill stating that I used fraud because I closed my account when he did not know about my situation is abuse.

I then sent another  e-mail  requesting  my loan documents which I have not received.  Plus, I have filed an FTC Complaint, and a Better Business Buearu Report against the company.

On February 17, 2011, I received a call from Mr. Hill    stating that he spoke to my HR person and that a wage garnishment has been placed against me. I then got off the phone and went to the HR department. Mr Hill never spoke to them. I informed HR about the issue and what I have requested.

I sent that information via e-mail to Advance me today and included further more, I have been looking into theirr company and you do not have a license to lend in my state, which is required, something Mr. Hill stated the company had but I looked it up.I informed them that I believe they are located in Costa Rica, as per their e-mail.  I then receive this an an e-mail from a Bill Richards that I will need to send  singed written request sent to us to P.O. Box 1124-1007 San Jose, Costa Rica Zip code 10102. Please whatever you do DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY
