Made an online payday loan of 400 with payments of 120 per month. After two months, I realized they were deducting 120 per payday, or twice a month. None of the payments were going towards the loan. They were all considered interest. I emailed customer service and requested alternate payment arrangements so I could pay down the balance. The email I got back said they were going to stick with the original agreement.
