Advanced Beauty Solutions - True Ceramic Pro - Express Response ripoff Valencia California

I purchased the True Ceramic Pro Basic Kit on 10/28/05. I did not receive the item until the end of November, 2005. It was defective and did not heat up. I called the company in order to get a replacement item sent or to obtain a return authorization number but we was not successful.

I left several messages, sent an email, continued to followup because they had already taken out approx. $54.98 and to no avail. In late December, 2005, the number I had used was disconnected and there was no other number to be referred to.

I started receiving letters from a collection agency called Express Response (866) 441-4735. They wanted me to pay the remaining balance on my account and I indicated that if I do not by May 17, 2006 they will send a delinquent report to the Credit Bureau.

The website they provided does not exist and I had already used the other that was given and never received a response. Either way....I need someone to help me I have good credit and do not want it to be ruined. This company was a bogus company something should be done about this collection agency as well.
