Advanced Bright Rip Off Artist with An Attitude Glendale California

We ordered the whitening kit for $6.99 and they sent us something else. We kept waiting for the whitening kit. Before it arrived they billed our account for $88.97. They said it was ordered over 14 days ago so even though we did not get it for nearly four weeks we missed the window to cancel if we were not pleased with the product. That's just the beginning. When we point that out, they tell us basically that we are idiots for not reading the fine print and that many of there customers recognize the "trap" before the fall in it. They then after several emails and phone calls offer to refund $34.99. Gee thanks, send me the wrong thing and then rip me off for $61 after they get their product back. No thanks!
