This company has a habit of not paying vendors for their labor.  They make up any story they can to keep from paying.  I was asked to do my best to fix a phone system for them which I did and they now imply I am the cause of the problem.  They refused my fair bill of 312.00 for what amounted to 6 total hours of discounted labor and travel.  The phone system owner tells me that Jay and company also refused to pay the technician who installed it in the first place.  He has told me the lies Jay and his cohort, Lisa Cooper, tell him as well.  This company is incompetent and takes no responsibility at all for what they do and should not be a licensed seller of Avaya phone systems.

One more thing - Jay Faulconer - OWNER

AUTHOR: PMC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2013

One more thing, Jay Faulconer, I DID speak again with the business owner who said "I can talk to whoever I want to talk to" and he agreed to send me emails and a poersonal account of this whole matter which will be forwarded on to Avaya.  What you did not mention was that he told you I did the work I claimed to do and the rest was up to you to resolve since it involved replacing hardware which I am not going to do for you.

Client taken care of because of me, not you.

AUTHOR: PMC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2013

The ONLY reason the client has finally been taken care of is because I called Avaya and filed a formal complaint agsinst your company and I provided ample corroborating evidence of gross ineptitude and possibly fraud.  You IGNORED the client for 3 months and gave him the runaround and lied to him until you made the mistake of defrauding me.  Just like you gave me the runaround and iognored me for 2 months.  I have filed a formal complaint against your company with Avaya, the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce.  Your company is disreputable and unethical.  You casually defraud people who you contract for work and then you try to make them look bad.  Anyone considering doing business with you needs to think twice.   Do your due diligence.  If I had I'd not have been taken for my services.

Customer Taken Care Of

AUTHOR: ACS - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 20, 2013

This is not Jay.  I am one of the owners of the company familiar with the situation.  We stand by our initial response concerning you, your company and your lack of technical ability.  We will not entertain you by going back and forth on this any longer.  ACS had a call with Avaya and the customer yesterday afternoon.  Everything is fine except Avaya advised the customer not to speak to you on any level moving forward.  Dont believe me?  Call GR and AN at Avaya.  You have their numbers.  Call them and then post the truth for once.

This business reported to Avaya for investigation

AUTHOR: PMC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Nice try Jay.  I see you clicked on the link I sent you to inform you of my post here.  I have been in business since 1991.  I service a wide range of IT and telecommuncations systems.   I have worked on AT&T, Lucent and Avaya systems for 22 years now.  I have also worked on NEC and Nortel systems as well for almost that long.  What you failed to say was that the WO was signed by the busines owner, I performed the work that was specified on it and your office manager asked for me to look further into the problem which I did.  You also did not mention that you failed to pay the original installer who did nothing at all wrong.  You also did not mention that you left the client high and dry with no recourse but to hand it over to his lawyer.  You failed to follow my instructions and replace a hardware component.  You did not mention your utter failure to perform your duties as an Avaya Business Partner yet you were handsomely reimbursed nonetheless.  You did not mention your complete failure to reply to all emails and phone calls made by myself and the client.  You did not mention your promise on 1-31 to pay immediately - whay was it that I was OK on 1-31 but all of a sudden when you ripped me off I am somehow suspect?

You were reported to Avaya, I provided you with a contact phone number.  They will investigate my claims and fully corroborate them.  The business owner you defrauded is participating in this complaint.  You are also being reported to the BBB.  I have a stellar record in business, a devoutly loyal clientelle and I am a member in good standing of the CoC.

You have shown youself to be a habitual liar.  And I have records to prove it.

Paul Cook-Phone Tech?

AUTHOR: ACS - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Let me first say that ACS has been in business for 15 years, is an authorized Avaya business partner and has used 1000's of reputable telecom contractors across the country.  This rebuttal is in no way including the independent telecom contractors who are reputable and provide a professional, competent service.  The contractor who made this fasle claim however, represents himself as an Avaya phone and IT Networking expert.  ACS did contract him to troubleshoot an issue with an IP Office and while Mr. Cook talks a good game, he is all but incompetent when it comes to the most basics of Avaya telephony troubleshooting.  ACS has never refused payment to Paul Cook, but did express to him that the work contracted for must be completed to the customers satisfaction.  Why would he expect anything less?  It turns out that he lied about his affiliation with Avaya.  Avaya has no record of him.  Paul Cook takes no responsibility for anything he has failed to do and insists on receiving payment for something he did not finish.  Instead, he spends his days on the internet spreading lies.  Why does Paul have so much time on his hands to do this?  Simple...the man is completely incompetent and no one will hire him.  Stay away unless you want nothing but headaches from this individual.
