bought DLP lamp. failed in a few weeks. Getting replacement was a pain. Replacement failed in 5 months. Only honor 6 month warrantee on the first lamp, not the replacement. Blew me off.

Exchange issue

Please understand our products are warrantied from the time of purchase, just as most electronics are. Therefore when you place an order with a 6 month warranty it does not renew each time you exchange your product. I apologize you feel as though you Advanced Lamps blew you off, but we are following our policy.

When you are out of a warranty period with Advanced Lamps, it also means we are out of warranty with our manufacturer. In extenuating circumstances courtesy exchanges will be given. But these are out of pocket courtesy exchanges. Our Terms & Services state our warranty period and all other information necessary to understand our policies.
