Advanced Lamps, LLC non responsive, poor customer service, did not ship product Meriden Connecticut

This website is a shell of a group of three investors who upon Better Business rreports show they failed (F rating) at the following: Responding to customer complaints, delayed or never received products, charge backs disputes customers making valid claims go unresolved. The Credit card companies do not investigate these scammers. 

My story: Ordered thru online site. Was charged immediately. Received an automated email with supposed tracking number. A week goes by and the product still shows awaiting pick up from their connecticut location. Call my post office to see if it ever made it to our state. Call the business three times. Get voice mail each time no matter what time of day you call. Wrote them a strongly worded email. No response. Will dispute with credit card company next week. ALthough according to other jilted customers, the credit companies side with these shisters! I've investigated and found its a Host internet store and they are a source business. they order there stuff from India and overseas, await shipment in and pass it on to the customer, weeks and months later. Most products are damaged in shipment.

Get the word out , this Website and its owners are scammers! They lack any customer service and certainly make zero effort once the purchase has been made. Half wondering if there is a consumer lawsuit for this type of business practice. taking money without providing the product. There website FAQ is untrue. Since you cannot even do a return claim because NO one responds!!!
