On August 21st I ordered one bottle of CBD Oil through a Facebook ad that my husband recommended I try for chronic pain. The site looked legitimate so I purchased a bottle for a one time fee of $79.99 using my bank Visa Card. My bank statement shows the purchase as "CB Isolate". The shipment arrived in a small box with a printed welcome note including a contact address, phone number and an email address. There was another small paper in the box with a description of CBD Oil on one side and Joint & Muscle Balm on the other.

On September 26th, there were two unauthorized charges made using my same Visa bank card. The charges were made by "Rouge Rosemary Oil"; one in the amount of $79.99 and another for $5.97. I called my bank immediately to dispute the charges and to shut down my Visa bank card. I have just received another bottle of the same CBD Oil that I did not order nor authorize auto shipments. I've called the number on the welcome note several times in the past 3 days and have not been able to speak to a customer representative yet. When calling the number I get an automated machine that states I've reached Advanceable Technologies and "Mary" will help me with any questions or concerns.

"Mary" (all automated) gives me 5 choices; press 1 for billing, 2 for "how to use instructions", 3 for status of order, 4 for update my info, and 5 for product return or cancellations. When I selected option 1 I got an automated message stating that my last purchase was made for "Balm" for $5.97. And when I selected option 5 I got a message stating that the unopened product can be returned to an address (different than the contact listed on the welcome note included in the box) for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. When I selected the option to cancel the order the "automated Mary" tells me she is authorized to give me a $30 refund.

There is an option to press star (*) to speak to a customer representative which I've tried at least a dozen times; every time I do this there is a pause then the calls drops. I have not been able to reach a human on the other end yet. I'm disputing the recent charges but my bank has now taken $30 as a "stop payment fee"! I can't seem to get them to understand that there was never an authorization for a reoccuring charge. Please be aware that this company "Advanceable Technologies" is not reputable or a legitimate business in my opinion.
