Advanta increased my rate from 20.99% to 35.00% hike. Advanta indicated that they sent out a notice August 08. I searched my billings and have not found that notice. Advanta is paid online, and as a result, I have access to all my statements. I'm not in default with any of my creditors, and as a matter of fact, I have been paying more than the minimum amount.
