I too was subjected to the same treatments as noted by others here. Obviously prepared script to answer your questions! Did not even say "sorry". I forced her to acknowledge they were doing it because of the GREAT GOVERNMENT BAILOUT! All credit card companies will be doing this RIP OFF so beware. I think it is time for a class action suit or maybe someone has a better idea on how to put it to them.
