Please be aware that a small business credit card with Advanta can have a high cost. When an account is twice late in payment - Advanta has the option to raise the interest charge. Mine was raised to 37.18%.
For all complaints contact the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357. Indicate that you want to file a complaint against a lender. You should be
given a local "Consumer Protection Office" phone number and a FTC reference number to file additional complaint information regarding Advanta.
Advanta has offices in Utah & Pennsylvania. Complaints have to be filed regarding the laws of the state in which the company is doing business.
The expectance of a fair rate of return is understandable. But when you
break the backs of others to achieve your goal - it is no longer worthy, just, or even good business.
